7.1 Account Suspension and Closure
ace64 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of prohibited activity, fraud, or a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of Terms, all balances — including real-money funds and any bonus funds — may be forfeited at ace64's discretion. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
